Returns

If something isn't right with your order, here's how to handle it.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted on unused EZCones products in their original condition. To start a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Used products — cones that have been on a field, tape that has been pulled and retracted in practice — generally aren't returnable, since we can't resell them as new. If a product arrived damaged or broken, that's a different situation. Reach out and we'll make it right.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@ez-cones.com with your order number and a brief description of why you're returning the product. We'll respond with return instructions, including the mailing address and what to include in the package.

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a problem on our end (defective product, wrong item shipped, damage in transit).

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm the product is in resellable condition, we'll process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days of processing, depending on your payment provider.

If a return is rejected because the product was used or damaged after delivery, we'll let you know and ship the product back to you.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos if possible. We'll work out a replacement or refund without requiring you to ship the original product back.

Larger orders

Returns on Team Pack orders or custom institutional orders are handled case-by-case. The original conversation we had about your order is the starting point — reach out to teams@ez-cones.com and we'll figure out the right path.
