Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your EZCones gear. If something isn't
working out, here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a
return. After 30 days, we can't accept returns or issue refunds.
Condition
Items must be unused or in like-new condition with all original
packaging, accessories, and components included. Items should be returned as clean as possible and free of damage beyond normal inspection or light handling. Kits must be returned complete (all cones, all
markers, the carry bag if included).
If a product has been used on the field, we may not be able to accept
the return or may issue a partial refund based on condition.
How to start a return
Email hello@ez-cones.com with:
- Your order number
- Which items you want to return
- The reason for the return
We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do
not ship items back without contacting us first — returns sent without
prior approval may not be processed.
Return shipping
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due
to our error (wrong item shipped, defect, or damage in transit). We
recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service. We can't be
responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment
method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the
refund to your account.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us
within 7 days of delivery at hello@ez-cones.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any
return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior contact
- Items showing significant field use or damage
- Items missing original packaging or components
Sale items
Discounted or sale items follow the same return policy unless marked
final sale at the time of purchase.
