Shipping Policy

Every EZCones order is packed and shipped from Florida. Here's what to
expect.

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and PO Boxes. For APO/FPO addresses or US
territories, contact hello@ez-cones.com before ordering so we can
confirm we can deliver to your address.

We don't currently ship internationally.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after
purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next
business day. During peak periods (back-to-school, season starts,
promotional drops), processing may take an additional 1 to 2 days.

Shipping time
After processing, standard US shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7
business days, depending on your location. Shipping times are
estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors
outside our control can affect delivery.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking email when your order ships. If you haven't
received tracking after 5 business days, check your spam folder or
email hello@ez-cones.com.

Address accuracy
You're responsible for entering the correct shipping address at
checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may be delayed,
returned, or lost. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect
address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it,
check with neighbors, household members, and your local mail carrier
first. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, email
hello@ez-cones.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
We can't replace packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.

Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at
hello@ez-cones.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll
replace damaged items at no cost to you.

Team and bulk orders
For team orders, school purchase orders, or bulk shipments, contact
teams@ez-cones.com. Lead times and shipping arrangements may differ
from standard orders.
